I have an odd shaped bathroom and the mats will not really work. Using the cable I can lay it in exactly the shape that It but I need to check that it is OK to use on a wooden floor base.

We recommend a minimum of 1 day drying time per mm of screed fitted. This may vary between screed manufacturers, and a better guide may be supplied by them

For an in screed cable, fitted to insulation, a minimum 70mm screed is required. This level can be reduced to 50mm depending on the type of screed used, for example liquid screed may allow for less. For an in screed cable, fitted onto an insulated concrete floor, a minimum of 35mm is required.

Yes, as the system is in a screed, you can change and use almost any flooring over the top. Compatibility with the system is dependant on the flooring, and we would always recommend checking with your flooring supplier before purchase.

The inscreed cable is designed to be installed in the flooring screed, and not directly under the flooring.
